1: HOSE WRAPPING MACHINE
Wrapping
Machine
·
Penguin
Wrap Master 1000C wraps and unwraps mandrel at speeds upto 1000 rpm. Hose is
manufactured on flexible mandrels and cables that are flexible and can be
wrapped using suitable supports.
• The machine occupies minimum floor
space with steel fabricated body.
The rotating head is maintenance free. Production speeds upto 60m/min ensure
high productivity with better utilization of the machine. Reliable and
efficient positive non-slip conveyor drives are used.
• Ergonomic machine design with PLC
controls provides ease of operation. Motor drive along with electronic servo
motor synchronization makes it a state-of-the-art machine. The pitch rate, tension
level and speed datas can be set by PLC.
• The state-of-the-art Penguin Hose
Wrapping and Unwrapping System wraps the product spirally with tapes.
• Automatic Brand Tape placement and
removal is possible with separate Servo motors.

Wire Braider

· Penguin Braidmaster is engineered for
precision braiding of high performance hoses. Penguin braiding machines are
built with design and material perfected over years of experience in building a
range of braiding machines. The modular design makes it possible to tailor the
machine to suit the requirement of the customer. Machines are available as
vertical/ horizontal configuration, suitable for wire/ yarn braiding, single or
multiple deck with options of capstan/ caterpillar take-off.
Penguin Wire Braiding Machines are
indigenously designed and Penguin are the only indigenous manufacturers of
these heavy duty machines in India and one among the very few manufacturers in
the world.
· These Braiding machines are
characterized by high productivity, simplicity and excellence in performance.
The hoses manufactured by these machines are far superior to conventional hoses
in strength, appearance and durability.
· Braidmaster is a high performance
precision braider. This wire braider is engineered to give sustained performance
over long periods.
· The machine is built with a steel framed
structure. The drives and take-off are located at the top of the machine. The
vertical configuration occupies a floor area of 1.7x1.6m. The spindles can be
accessed from either side through conveniently placed safety interlock doors.
The deck assembly is engineered to ensure smooth sliding and exchange of shoes.
Exceptional smooth running, minimum vibration and very low noise level are
salient features of the machine.
· The wire carriers are of proven
design. They are engineered to perfection for trouble free performance. The
wire carriers have bobbin capacity of 820cc. Molded integral plastic carriers
with shoes are also available for yarn braiding applications on this machine.
· The performance of the machine is
continuously monitored by a PLC. This provides continuous monitoring of pitch
and production data. Essential production data can be stored and retrieved
conveniently by this arrangement. Optic sensors are used to sense the presence
of wire in the bobbin. Electronic circuit senses breakage of wire strands. All
faults are monitored through the PLC. This machine incorporates all features
required by the hose industry for producing wire braided high-pressure hoses.
· The machine can operate speeds up to
175 horn gear rpm. The deck speed can be varied through change gears. For
haul-off of large diameter hoses without slippage, a 250mm wide, 750mm diameter
capstan is provided. The initial take off tension is provided by dead weight
arrangements.
· The braiding machine is designed
based on research and development experience for over a decade in the field of
hose braiding machines. Penguin also manufactures cure tape wrapping and
unwrapping machine, wire winding machine, spares and accessories for the hose
industry.

PRODUCT 3: STRETCH WRAPPING MACHINE
Stretch Wrapping Machine
· The Penguin Stretch Wrapping Machine
is a fully automatic machine for wrapping pallets using stretch cling film.
· This machine is used in many
countries for wrapping pallets with pre-stretched cling film. It ensures stable
and moisture-proof wrapping of pallets at minimum cost. Optimum wrapping of
pallets using wide range of film material is made possible by the
state-of-the-art "Powered Pre-Stretch Unit " which can stretch the
film up to 300% (One meter long becomes 4 meters long). Powered Pre-Stretch
unit has a seperate motor to stretch the film.
· This simple and sturdy machine can
operate continuously under severe industrial environment. The machine can be
easily operated by unskilled workers in the packing line as the cycle of
operation is completely automated.
