Pooppally Coir Mills produces mats
and mattings made by rubber, jute and coir. The brief process undertaken in
factory is as follows.

1: DUST CONTROL MAT
It is 100 % Polypropylene
Product, available in various designs. This is embedded in rubber base and has
beveled rubber borders.

2: COIR MATS
These are 100 % Coir mats available
in hand woven, hand printed designs in natural and bleached colours. Some mats have rubber , PVC backing
and some types also have jute mixed with coir .

3: RUBBER MAT
These are 100 % Rubber mats available
in various sizes for industrial and anti-fatigue, domestic and decorative
purposes.

PRODUCT 4: COIR AND JUTE RUGS
Handwoven rugs are made from high
quality mill made Coir or Jute yarn. These are available in natural, dyed and
bleached colours.

Broadloom Mattings are made of jute and coir yarn with or
without latex backing. These are available in natural, bleached and dyed
colours.
